This equipment is designed for the primary pressing of sunflower seeds and serves as a crucial component in the oilseed processing workflow. The SP100 press combines high throughput, a powerful drive system, and a modern control system, ensuring efficient operation within an industrial production environment.

Capacity: 70–80 tons of sunflower seeds per day.

Electric motor: 55 kW, 1500 rpm.

Gearbox: NORD.

Main shaft rotation speed: 27 rpm.

Operating temperature: 95–105 °C.

Residual oil content in the cake: 15–16%.

Control system: Control cabinet featuring a 7-inch touchscreen panel.

Equipment configuration for full-scale operation

The press is supplied with the core assemblies and auxiliary equipment required for its integration into the production process. The package includes vertical and horizontal feeders, geared motors, an oil screw conveyor, couplings, an electric motor, and a NORD gearbox.
