XIV International Conference "Oil and Fat Industry: Technologies and Market".

On May 26-27, 2021, the XIV International Conference "Oil and Fat Industry: Technologies and Market" was held in Kyiv.

The conference paid special attention to issues related to the effective functioning of the oil and fat industry, namely the introduction of advanced technologies that help increase profitability and minimize losses in production, improving the quality of finished products to expand sales markets in European countries, and modern quality control methods at all stages of the process.
