Modernization of the TOV "Vidrodzhennia" Enterprise

D.ENERGY is currently carrying out the modernization of the TOV "Vidrodzhennia" enterprise. TOV "Vidrodzhennia" (Kirovohrad region) is a sunflower and rapeseed processing enterprise and a producer of refined winterized vegetable oil and cake. The enterprise also produces fuel pellets from sunflower husks.

As a result of the plant's reconstruction, the enterprise's capacity is expected to increase from 700 tons/day to 1000 tons/day. D.ENERGY modernized the enterprise's existing equipment and added an extractor section to the extraction shop.

D.ENERGY paid particular attention to the automation of technological processes in order to minimize operating costs and to extend the service life of the oil press equipment.

Taken together, this modernization work will allow the enterprise to increase processing capacity and raise oil yield and meal output.
