Cookers are designed to prepare oilseeds and their cake for oil extraction by moisture-heat treatment.
A cooker is a vessel consisting of pans arranged vertically one above another. Each pan is equipped with steam chambers for uniform heating of the product. To stir and move the product, each pan is fitted with paddle agitators driven from a common shaft passing through all the pans of the cooker.
The cooker pans are made of structural low-alloy steel grade 09G2S, which has high wear-resistant properties and withstands temperature conditions from -70 to +425 °C under many years of loads.
The cooker shaft is made of group 3 forging, hardness 270 HB, steel 40Kh.
Thickened rolled metal with a thickness of 12 ... 16 mm is used to manufacture the cooker, which provides the required working steam pressure and guarantees the durability of the structure. The aspiration pipe is made of stainless rolled metal to ensure the corrosion resistance of this component.
The cooker design provides for product level control through the use of pneumatic valves. The arrangement of the transfer valves makes it possible to use the bottom area to the maximum. Live steam supply to the upper and lower pans is also provided, ensuring uniform steam moistening of the mash.
Intermediate bearing units are equipped with an external lubrication system. The discharge device, located in the bottom of the lower pan, ensures uniform discharge.
The cooker design allows the drive to be located in the upper or lower position. The placement of the aspiration pipe, the discharge nozzle, and the steam outlet and inlet fittings can be agreed at the technical specification stage.
Our own production facilities make it possible to manufacture cookers with an inner diameter from 2000 to 5000 mm and with 3 to 9 or more pans.
