Commissioning: what it is and why it matters

We carry out complete setup of the equipment directly on site: we check the correct operation of all units, optimise parameters and test the system under real conditions. As a result the customer receives a ready-to-run solution.

What the work includes

  • Checking all units and signals after installation.
  • Setting and optimising parameters for your raw material and regime.
  • Testing under real operating conditions of the line.
  • Automation setup: PLC, HMI and SCADA.
  • Handover of the finished solution with documentation and personnel training.

  3. We run the line in working modes and optimise parameters.
  4. We hand the system over to the customer, train personnel and provide documentation.
