Service and technical support: what it is and why it matters
We provide technical support after the system is put into operation. Over a secure VPN connection we perform remote diagnostics and software updates, advise by phone on troubleshooting and help keep production running without interruption.
What the work includes
- Remote diagnostics over a secure VPN connection.
- Software updates of controllers and SCADA.
- Phone consultations on troubleshooting.
- Planned and emergency maintenance, supervised installation and personnel training.
- Service contracts with a fixed SLA.
How we work
- You contact service and describe the fault.
- We run remote diagnostics and advise.
- If necessary we come on site with the required spare parts.
- We remove the cause and record the result in the equipment history.
Why everything under one roof
D.ENERGY delivers automation as a full cycle: from design and control cabinets to programming, our own SCADA system, installation, start-up and service. Everything is done by us, in our own facilities and by our own specialists, so we deliver quickly, control deadlines and quality at every stage and take responsibility for the result. See the overview in the "Automation and instrumentation" brochure and on the Automation and instrumentation page.

Frequently asked questions
How do I contact service?
Call or write to us and state the company, the equipment and the nature of the fault. A detailed guide with a request template is in the service guide in the Resources section.
Is support available outside working hours?
The service team is available for rapid response to failures; in an emergency call us rather than only e-mail.
Is an engineer visit always required?
No. Many issues are solved by remote diagnostics over VPN or a phone consultation.
