PLC Programming
We develop software for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) from various manufacturers. Our solutions include control algorithms, safety functions, alarm handling, and equipment integration, ensuring reliable and stable system operation.
PLC programming: what it is and why it matters
We create programs for industrial controllers of various manufacturers: control algorithms, protections, emergency modes and equipment interaction. The program is the logic on which the safety and stability of the whole line depend, so we develop it for your specific process.
What the work includes
- Control algorithms for drives, gates, heating, levels and other units of the line.
- Interlocks and protections that rule out dangerous modes, for example simultaneous operation of units that must not run together.
- Emergency modes and safe shutdown when parameters deviate.
- Communication with HMI/SCADA for visualisation, event logs and trends.
- Logic checking before start-up and on-site tuning.
How we work
- We formalise the process algorithm together with your process engineer.
- We program the control logic, interlocks and emergency modes.
- We check the program together with the control cabinet.
- We tune and optimise the regimes on site during commissioning.
Why everything under one roof
D.ENERGY delivers automation as a full cycle: from design and control cabinets to programming, our own SCADA system, installation, start-up and service. Everything is done by us, in our own facilities and by our own specialists, so we deliver quickly, control deadlines and quality at every stage and take responsibility for the result. See the overview in the "Automation and instrumentation" brochure and on the Automation and instrumentation page.

Frequently asked questions
Which controller manufacturers do you work with?
Controllers of various manufacturers. We agree the platform for each project, customer requirements and existing equipment.
What is an interlock in a program?
It is a condition under which equipment will not start or will stop to prevent a dangerous mode, for example starting a unit without a running fan or pump.
Can the algorithm be changed after start-up?
Yes. Our team makes changes to the program, including remotely over a secure VPN connection.
