HMI and SCADA development: what it is and why it matters

We create modern operator panels and dispatching systems. This is D.ENERGY's own SCADA system, already running at plants: the mimic is built for the customer's specific process line, not taken from a generic template. Without a single dispatching system, an operator has to monitor every unit separately.

What the work includes

  • Custom SCADA/HMI screen: every machine, sensor and drive is shown as it stands on the shop floor.
  • Intuitive interface and visualisation of process flows.
  • Event and alarm logs and centralised alarm notifications: the operator sees a deviation immediately.
  • Parameter history and trends: temperatures, pressures, flows and running hours for regime analysis and maintenance planning.
  • Remote diagnostics over a secure channel.

  1. We study the process line and the operator's requirements for the screen.
  2. We develop mimics, alarms and parameter archives.
  3. We connect SCADA to the controllers and check signal exchange.
  4. We tune the system on site and train your personnel.

How does your SCADA differ from a generic template?

The mimic is created for your exact line: the screen shows the real equipment composition rather than a universal diagram.

Is parameter history stored?

Yes. Trends of temperatures, pressures and flows and equipment running hours help analyse regimes and plan maintenance.

Can the system be accessed remotely?

Yes. Over a secure VPN connection the service team performs remote diagnostics and software updates.
