RS Series Roasting Pans

RS series roasters are designed for moist-heat preparation of oilseeds before pressing. They provide even heating, mixing and, where required, moistening of the raw material for maximum oil yield. The multi-vat design ensures a continuous and stable process, and an automatic control system maintains optimal process parameters.

Features of the RS series

• 40 models with capacity from 25 to 1100 t/day;
• diameter from 2000 to 5000 mm and 3 to 12 vats;
• steam jackets on every tier: a separate heating regime in each vat;
• central shaft with paddles: even mixing without overheating at the walls;
• high productivity, energy efficiency and reliability.

How to choose a model

Choose by daily capacity with a margin over plant output, then check diameter, column height (1650 to 11,400 mm), drive power and weight.
