Sectors
loop extractor
The loop extractor is designed to extract residual oil from seed flakes or cake using an organic solvent (hexane). During the extraction process, miscella (a mixture of oil and solvent) and meal are formed. The equipment works on the “thin layer” principle: the material is continuously moved by a chain conveyor through the upper and lower tiers of a sealed housing, ensuring effective and uniform extraction.

ViewCoolers (crispers)
Coolers (crispers) of the CC series are industrial coolers-dryers for cake, designed for its preparation after mechanical pressing before further transportation or extraction. Cooling and drying are carried out according to the countercurrent principle, when the air flow passes against the movement of the product, ensuring effective heat and moisture exchange. The design of the equipment minimizes the destruction of the cake and the formation of a fine fraction, which helps to preserve its structure and quality. The product is discharged by a screw mechanism with the ability to adjust the performance, and the level control system ensures stable operation. To clean the aspiration air, the cooler is equipped with a dust collection system based on a cyclone and a fan. The equipment is made of stainless steel and adapted to the requirements of a specific technological line, ensuring reliable, safe and efficient operation.

The company supplies and engineers professional pumping equipment to ensure continuous technological processes in difficult operating conditions. For the extraction shops of oil and fat enterprises, explosion-proof sealed pumps are supplied, designed for the safe pumping of hexane, solvents and miscella.
