D.ENERGY's high-precision CNC machine park

The production facilities of D.ENERGY are equipped with modern machinery: a high-precision CNC machine park.

CNC (computer numerical control) software makes it possible to manufacture parts on industrial machines. The machine park software allows control over every production phase and ensures machining of parts of complex configuration with micron-level accuracy, while also largely eliminating the negative effects of human intervention in the machining process. One of the advantages of CNC is the machining finish. Under the precise control of the machine software, the hydraulic drive moves at a set speed so smoothly that, with certain settings, the finished part looks polished.

The company provides the following services:

• Design and manufacture of mechanisms and assemblies according to technical specifications;
• Serial and one-off manufacture of assemblies and parts according to the Customer's drawings;
• Manufacture of dies and molds;
• Restoration and manufacture of parts by hardfacing;
• Manufacture of shell-and-tube heat exchangers;

Gear shaping of teeth in parts of gear couplings, shaping with a gear and with a shaft-gear for reducers. Maximum wheel diameter 630 mm, wheel width 200 mm, maximum module m = 12;

• Flat grinding of parts. Maximum size of workpieces 1250x320x400 mm and weight up to 600 kg;
• Cylindrical grinding. Maximum workpiece diameter 400 mm, length
• 2000 mm;

Turning. Maximum workpiece length 1000 mm, maximum diameter 470 mm. Machining of packings up to 500 mm high and up to 1000 mm in diameter, machining of tube sheets up to 1500 mm in diameter;

Milling and boring. Machining centers, maximum workpiece weight 800 kg. Machining of reducer housings, machining of tube sheets up to 2000 mm in diameter, machining of large parts weighing up to 10 t;

Wire electrical discharge machining of part contours with high accuracy and surface finish. Work table travel is 400 x 500 mm, maximum cutting thickness 700 mm;

Heat treatment of metals: annealing, hardening, tempering, case hardening in protective gas atmospheres, nitrocarburizing and oxidizing;

Manufacture of conveyor equipment;

Manufacture of metal structures.
