- Design and manufacture of mechanisms and units according to the Customer's technical specifications;
- Serial and one-off manufacture of units and parts according to the Customer's drawings;
- Manufacture of dies and molds;
- Restoration of parts by surfacing;
- Manufacture of shell-and-tube heat exchangers;
Gear shaping of teeth in gear coupling parts, shaping with a gear and shaping of shaft-gears for reducers. Maximum wheel diameter 630 mm, wheel width 200 mm, maximum module m = 12;
- Involute profile grinding of the tooth surface of gear wheels and shaft-gears for reducers. Maximum tip diameter 800 mm;
- Flat grinding of parts. Maximum size of workpieces 1250x320x400 mm and weight up to 600 kg;
- Cylindrical grinding. Maximum workpiece diameter 400 mm, length 1400 mm;
Turning. Maximum workpiece length 1000 mm, maximum diameter 470 mm. Machining of packings up to 500 mm high and up to 1000 mm in diameter, machining of tube sheets up to 1500 mm in diameter;
Milling and boring. Machining centers, maximum workpiece weight 800 kg. Machining of reducer housings, machining of tube sheets up to 2000 mm in diameter, machining of large parts weighing up to 10 t;
Wire electrical discharge machining of part contours with high accuracy and surface roughness requirements. Work table travel is 400 x 500 mm, maximum cutting thickness 700 mm;
Heat treatment of metals: annealing, hardening, tempering, carburizing in protective gas atmosphere, nitrocarburizing and oxidizing;
Manufacture of metal structures.
